This Saturday is World Mental Health Day. Here are the tees we made for honest days, why they matter to us, and where to turn if you need to talk to someone.
Some days you're fine.
Some days you're "fine."
Some days you're just dealing with stuff.
All three are allowed. World Mental Health Day is a reminder that the most useful thing any of us can do is be honest about which one it is today.
Real voices, real change
World Mental Health Day falls on 10 October every year. This year the World Federation for Mental Health chose a theme that sits very close to the heart of what we do.
"Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change"
The 2026 theme, from the World Federation for Mental HealthOur Mental Health collection was never about slogans. It's about giving people words for the things they carry, and a way to wear them.
You are far from the only one

Behind every one of those numbers is a person who might be smiling at work, answering messages, getting through the day. Sometimes a t-shirt can say what's hard to say out loud, and sometimes it starts a conversation someone badly needed to have.

This year's theme is about voices being heard, which makes our Unspoken Words tee and Spoken Words hoodie feel especially close to home. One is for the conversations that haven't happened yet. The other is for everything you finally said out loud.
Looking for something for someone who's struggling? Our guide to gifts to cheer someone up is all about choosing something that says "I see you."
A t-shirt can start a conversation. It can't replace one.
If you're struggling, please reach out to someone trained to listen. These UK services won't judge you.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.

When is World Mental Health Day 2026?
Saturday 10 October 2026. It's marked every year on 10 October to raise awareness of mental health and encourage people to talk openly and seek support.
What is the theme of World Mental Health Day 2026?
The theme, chosen by the World Federation for Mental Health, is "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change."
Where can I get mental health support in the UK?
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999. Samaritans are there 24 hours a day on 116 123, and you can text SHOUT to 85258 at any time. The full list of contacts is in the help section above.
Do your mental health t-shirts support a charity?
Yes. 15% of proceeds from every tee are split between the artist and the charity linked to the design. Every piece is 100% organic cotton and made only once you order it.
This Saturday, text a friend you haven't heard from in a while. Ask how they're really doing, and wait for the real answer. Or, if it's you who's struggling, tell one person.
With love,
