This basket is 12 inches across, woven from sisal around a core of sweetgrass — a fragrant, fast-growing grass that gives each piece a faint natural scent and a warmth that synthetic materials simply cannot replicate. The weave is tight, the form is generous, and the finish is the kind that only comes from hands that have done this ten thousand times.

It arrives with a hanging string attached to the back. Use it at the table for bread, fruit, or anything that benefits from a beautiful vessel.
